03Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are governed by the specific policies of our service providers (airlines, hotels, and local tour operators). Epicescape reserves the right to charge a service fee for processing cancellations or modifications. Refund timelines typically range from 14 to 30 business days depending on the provider.

04Visa Services

While we provide expert consultation and appointment assistance, the issuance of a visa is the sole prerogative of the respective embassy or consulate. Epicescape does not guarantee visa approval and is not liable for costs incurred due to visa rejections.

05Liability Disclaimer

Epicescape acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, or injuries caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
